How to convert an invoice PDF to CSV
1.Choose the invoice PDF, or drop it into the tool.
2.Click Extract invoice CSV. Text-based pages are clustered; sparse pages are OCR’d in your browser.
3.We normalize line items when we can (Date, Invoice / SKU, Description, Quantity, Amount).
4.Download the .csv file. It is the previewed sheet only. Use Invoice PDF to Excel if you want Summary and raw tables too.

CSV cannot hold multiple sheets. You get the previewed table (line items when that sheet has data).
OCR when the page is empty
If a page has almost no selectable text, Tesseract runs in your browser (up to 15 pages). The PDF is not uploaded.
Normalized columns
Line items are mapped to Date, Invoice / SKU, Description, Quantity, and Amount when those columns can be guessed.
Honest limits
Unusual layouts and handwritten invoices will miss columns. For Summary plus raw tables, use Invoice PDF to Excel.

Why the CSV is one sheet
The Excel job builds several sheets (Summary, Line items, raw tables). A CSV file is a single table, so this page downloads the same sheet you see in the preview — usually line items.
That matches how PDF to CSV works on this site. If you need every sheet, use Invoice to Excel or Invoice PDF to Excel.
