Documents to data
Month-end paperwork
Statements into a ledger
Drop a bank statement PDF. MyPDF reads the date, description, withdrawals, deposits, and balance into an Excel sheet. Scanned pages get OCR in your browser first.
Invoices and receipts into rows
Invoice to Excel lines up SKU, quantity, and amount and picks out the invoice number, date, and total. Receipt to Excel does the same from a phone photo.
Only the fields you need
Extract PDF fields pulls vendor, dates, tax, total, and your own labels into JSON, CSV, or Excel for import into your accounting software.
Clean up before you send
Redact account numbers permanently, merge the supporting documents, sign, and compress the pack for email.

Questions from accountants
Do client bank statements get uploaded?
Bank statement, invoice, and receipt to Excel run in your browser. The PDF stays on your device, including the OCR step for scanned pages.
How accurate is the Excel output?
The parser handles typical digital statements and invoices well and is best-effort on unusual layouts. Each export includes the raw sheets so you can check every number against the source before you post it.
Can I process a whole month of statements at once?
Pro and Team include Batch PDF: one tool, one recipe, or one workflow on many files, then a ZIP. Light jobs allow 100 files. Convert, grayscale, PDF/A, repair, protect, unlock, a recipe that converts, and a workflow allow 10. Pro is $69 a year.
We only need this at month-end. Do we need a subscription?
A $5 day pass gives 24 hours of Pro limits (100 jobs, 200 MB files) and ends on its own. 50 extra jobs are $5 any time.
