Upload an invoice PDF and download Excel. Sparse or scanned pages are OCR’d in your browser, then line items are normalized. This is the same Invoice to Excel job, not a certified invoice reader.
How to convert an invoice PDF to Excel
1.Choose the invoice PDF, or drop it into the tool.
2.Click Extract invoice. Text-based pages are clustered; pages with almost no text are OCR’d in your browser.
3.We build a Summary sheet plus Line items (Date, Invoice / SKU, Description, Quantity, Amount).
4.Download the .xlsx file. Raw detected tables are kept on extra sheets so you can check the mapping.

OCR when the page is empty
If a page has almost no selectable text, Tesseract runs in your browser (up to 15 pages). The PDF is not uploaded.
Normalized columns
Line items are mapped to Date, Invoice / SKU, Description, Quantity, and Amount when those columns can be guessed.
Summary plus raw sheets
Invoice number, dates, and totals are pulled from labels when present. Original tables stay in the workbook.
Honest limits
This is not Tabula and not a bookkeeping product. Unusual layouts and handwritten invoices will miss columns.
Need CSV instead?
Invoice PDF to CSV downloads the previewed sheet (usually line items) as a single CSV.
What Invoice PDF to Excel actually does
People search “invoice PDF to Excel” when they have a supplier PDF and want a spreadsheet. MyPDF runs the same heuristic extractor as Invoice to Excel: cluster text (OCR sparse pages), remap columns, and add a Summary sheet.
Use it for a typical digital invoice or a clean scan. If the result is messy, open the Raw sheets, or run OCR PDF first on a hard scan and try again.
Nothing is uploaded. We do not add a watermark. This is best-effort parsing, not a certified invoice reader. Bank statements have their own page.
