$5 for 50 credits. Each credit is one processing job, used after today's free jobs. On Free, credits are how you pay for summarize (2), chat (1), and translate (5). File size stays at 25 MB unless you have a day pass or a subscription.
How jobs are counted
A PDF tool uses 1 job. That includes merge, compress, convert, OCR, sign, and the rest of the toolkit.
A recipe uses 1 job for the whole list, however many steps it runs.
A workflow uses 1 job for each step that finishes. A summary uses 2. A step that cannot finish is not counted. Compress, grayscale, PDF/A, Word, and protect in a workflow are counted when the server accepts the file.
Summarize uses 2 jobs, chat uses 1 job per question, and translate uses 5. On Free those three spend credits only, so the 5 daily jobs stay for the other tools. Pro, Team, and a day pass spend daily jobs first, then credits.
On website batch, a tool or a recipe is 1 job per file. A workflow uses its own count per file, and a summary is 2.
One credit equals one of those jobs. Credits stay until you use them. A $5 pack is 50 credits, and it does not raise the file-size limit.
