How to run a workflow

  4. Save the list in this browser if you want to open it again.

What this page runs

PDF steps run in order: flatten, rotate, page numbers, watermark, remove or keep pages, crop, compress, grayscale, PDF/A, OCR, and protect. Protect stays last and asks for a password when you run. That password is not saved. A finished local step uses one daily job. Compress, grayscale, PDF/A, Word, and protect are charged when the server accepts the file. A PDF with no form fields skips flatten and continues.

Sign, redact, merge, and compare stay on their own pages because each one needs a second file or a box you draw. This page does not watch an inbox or run on a schedule.
