How to convert an invoice photo to Excel
1.Choose a JPG or PNG of an invoice — a photo, scan, or screenshot. Not a PDF.
2.Pick the language that matches the text.
3.Click Extract invoice. We OCR the image, reconstruct a table, then remap date, SKU, description, quantity, and amount.

Invoice image vs Invoice PDF
Search for invoice to Excel usually means a PDF. This page is for a photo or scan of a paper invoice. Receipt to Excel is the same job when the paper is a store receipt.
Generic table photos belong on Image to Excel. That page reconstructs rows and columns and does not remap finance fields.
