Features

Private

The PDF stays on your device. We do not upload it to add fields.

Labels and lines

A label ending in a colon, or an underline, becomes a text field.

A normal form

The file is a regular PDF form. It is not a certified, signed, or legally approved form.

Free to start

Existing fields stay put

If the PDF already has fields, this tool stops and points you to Fill PDF form.

Works in the browser

Use it from any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, or your phone.

What the new fields are

Fill and flatten already work when a PDF has fields. This page is the other half: it writes those fields from the labels and underlines it can see.

The fields are ordinary AcroForm text fields. Anyone with a PDF reader can type in them. Nothing here certifies the form, checks an identity, or makes the form official.

The first 50 pages are checked. The filled-in file is a later step with Fill PDF form. The download happens in your browser and nothing is stored on MyPDF.
