How to run a batch
- Upgrade to Pro or Team. A day pass does not include website batch.
- Choose compress, OCR, extract, convert, another tool, one recipe, or one workflow.
- Add files. Light jobs allow 100. Convert, grayscale, PDF/A, repair, protect, unlock, a recipe that converts, and a workflow allow 10.
- Start the batch. Finished files download as mypdf-batch.zip. The run stops if you hit the daily job limit.

Pro and Team
The uploader is on those plans only. Free users and day-pass users still have the single-file tools.
Quota still applies
A tool or a recipe uses one job per file. A workflow uses its own job count per file. The run does not start when that total is more than the jobs and credits you have left.
ZIP of results
Successful files download together as mypdf-batch.zip. Failed files stay on the list with a reason.
Convert stays small
Word, PowerPoint, and JPG run one at a time on this instance. Excel extracts tables in the browser. The convert cap is 10 files. PNG and other image formats stay on their own pages.
Same engines
Compress and Office convert use the same jobs as those single-file pages. OCR, field extract, and Excel stay in the browser. Extract and Excel are heuristic, not a certified invoice reader.
What website batch actually does
The API can already loop. This page is the website reason to pay: drop many files, pick one tool, one recipe, or one workflow, and download a ZIP.
Compress, grayscale, PDF/A, repair, protect, and unlock use the same server jobs as those pages. Flatten, rotate, page numbers, and watermark run in the browser. A recipe sends each file through that recipe. A workflow runs the same steps as the workflow page, and each file's results stay in one folder. Convert to Word, PowerPoint, or JPG stays at 10 files, one at a time. A tool or a recipe is 1 job per file. A workflow uses its own count, and a summary is 2.
A day pass keeps plan as Free, so it does not open this uploader. Sign, redact, crop-by-drawing, compare, and merge stay on their own pages. There is no inbox or schedule.
