How to run a batch
1.Upgrade to Pro or Team. A day pass does not include website batch.
2.Choose compress, OCR, extract fields, or convert (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or JPG).
3.Add PDFs. Compress, OCR, and extract allow 100. Convert allows 10, one file at a time.
4.Start the batch. Finished files download as mypdf-batch.zip. The run stops if you hit the daily job limit.

Quota still applies
Each file uses one daily job. File size follows your plan. We stop when the quota is gone.

Successful files download together as mypdf-batch.zip. Failed files stay on the list with a reason.
Convert stays small
Word, PowerPoint, and JPG run one at a time on this instance. Excel extracts tables in the browser. The convert cap is 10 files. PNG and other image formats stay on their own pages.
Same engines
Compress and Office convert use the same jobs as those single-file pages. OCR, field extract, and Excel stay in the browser. Extract and Excel are heuristic, not a certified invoice reader.
What website batch actually does
The API can already loop. This page is the website reason to pay: drop tens of PDFs, pick one job, and download a ZIP.
Compress uploads each file to the same Ghostscript job as /compress-pdf. Convert to Word, PowerPoint, or JPG uses the same upload jobs as those pages, one file at a time, up to 10. Excel uses the same in-browser table extract as /pdf-to-excel. OCR and field extract stay on your device. We do not add a watermark.
A day pass keeps plan as Free, so it does not open this uploader. Workflows and cloud-drive import are not this page.
