PDF tools for accountants and bookkeepers

Turn bank statements, invoices, and receipts into spreadsheets in your browser. Client documents stay on your device, and there are no watermarks.

Five jobs, with the result in view

A month of statements, one workbook

The sample statement downloads an Excel sheet with date, description, withdrawals, deposits, and balance. The next month of the same bank is Batch PDF.

Unusual layouts and multi-account PDFs still miss rows. Check the totals against the PDF.

An invoice PDF, an Excel sheet

The sample invoice downloads a sheet with date, SKU, description, quantity, and amount.

A layout that is not a table can miss a line. Check quantity and amount against the PDF before you post it.

A PDF too big to email

Compress makes a smaller copy you can attach. The sample PDF opens on the compress page.

1 MB, 2 MB, and 5 MB are targets. A file that is already small, or mostly images, may not reach the number you typed.

An account number that is gone

Draw a box, choose Permanent, and the covered text is removed. The sample invoice opens on the redact page.

Cover only paints a black box and leaves the words in the file. This is not a certified legal redaction.

A folder of files, one ZIP

Batch PDF runs one tool, one recipe, or one workflow on many files, then a ZIP. Light jobs allow 100 files. Convert and a workflow allow 10.

Sign, drawing a redaction, compare, and merge stay on their own pages. A day pass does not include batch. Pro is $9 a month or $69 a year.

Questions from accountants

Do client bank statements get uploaded?

Bank statement, invoice, and receipt to Excel run in your browser. The PDF stays on your device, including the OCR step for scanned pages.

How accurate is the Excel output?

The parser handles typical digital statements and invoices well and is best-effort on unusual layouts. Each export includes the raw sheets so you can check every number against the source before you post it.

Can I process a whole month of statements at once?

Pro and Team include Batch PDF: one tool, one recipe, or one workflow on many files, then a ZIP. Light jobs allow 100 files. Convert, grayscale, PDF/A, repair, protect, unlock, a recipe that converts, and a workflow allow 10. Pro is $69 a year.

We only need this at month-end. Do we need a subscription?

A $5 day pass gives 24 hours of Pro limits (100 jobs, 200 MB files) and ends on its own. 50 extra jobs are $5 any time.
