The service
MyPDF provides online PDF tools, optional accounts, paid plans, team workspaces, and a developer API. Features, file-size limits, and daily job limits are described on the pricing page and may change. We may suspend a feature for maintenance or abuse.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your password or Google or Microsoft sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and API keys. We may close accounts that are abusive, unpaid after notice, or created to evade limits.
Acceptable use
Do not use MyPDF to break the law, distribute malware, attack other systems, scrape the service beyond normal use, or overload the API. Do not upload content you do not have the right to process. We may delete files and revoke keys that violate this section.
Plans, jobs, and payments
Guests and free accounts get a daily job allowance and a smaller file-size cap. Pro and Team subscriptions, credit packs, and day passes are billed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the unused part of a billing period after you cancel. Cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues until the period ends.
API
API keys are for your servers and scripts. Do not embed a live key in a public webpage. Successful jobs count against the same daily jobs and credits as the website. We may rate limit or revoke keys that harm the service. See the developer docs.
Signatures
Self-sign and request-signature features help you place a mark on a PDF. They are not legal advice and are not a qualified electronic signature under eIDAS, ESIGN, or similar laws unless you independently meet those requirements. You decide whether a signed file is valid for your purpose.
Your content and our rights
You keep ownership of files you process. You grant us a limited license to store and process them only as needed to provide the job, then delete them on the schedule in our Privacy Policy. The site design, code, and marks belong to MyPDF or its licensors.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect conversion quality, or that a repaired or compressed file will match the original in every respect. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyPDF is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing.
Changes and contact
