One tool, one recipe, or one workflow runs on the files you drop, then you get a ZIP. Light jobs allow 100 files. Convert, grayscale, PDF/A, repair, protect, unlock, a recipe that converts, and a workflow allow 10.

A $5 day pass is 100 jobs and 200 MB files for 24 hours, and it does not include batch. Pro is $9 a month or $69 a year.

What one run does

You pick the job, drop the files, and download one ZIP. A tool or a recipe is 1 job per file. A workflow uses its own count per file, and a summary is 2.

The password is asked when you run the job. It is not saved.

What stays on its own page

Signing, drawing redaction boxes, comparing two PDFs, and merging files are single-file or two-file jobs. They are not in the batch list.
