How to convert an invoice to CSV
1.Choose the invoice PDF, or drop it into the tool.
2.Click Extract invoice CSV. Text-based pages are clustered; sparse pages are OCR’d in your browser.
3.We normalize line items when we can (Date, Invoice / SKU, Description, Quantity, Amount).
4.Download the .csv file. It is the previewed sheet only. Use Invoice to Excel if you want Summary and raw tables too.

One CSV, not the whole workbook
CSV cannot hold multiple sheets. You get the previewed table (line items when that sheet has data).
OCR when the page is empty
If a page has almost no selectable text, Tesseract runs in your browser (up to 15 pages). The PDF is not uploaded.
Normalized columns
Line items are mapped to Date, Invoice / SKU, Description, Quantity, and Amount when those columns can be guessed.
Honest limits
This is not Tabula and not a bookkeeping product. Unusual layouts and handwritten invoices will miss columns.
