Export Scan to CSV vs Image to CSV
People search export scan to CSV when a table is stuck in a photo of a page and they want the export phrasing. This page runs the same /image-to-csv reconstruct as Scan to CSV. It is not /export-pdf-to-csv and not a second tool in the Tools grid.
