How to extract fields from a PDF
1.Choose the PDF, or drop it into the tool.
2.Keep the default fields you need, or add a label we should look for on the page.
3.Click Extract fields. Text-based pages are clustered; sparse pages are OCR’d in your browser.
4.Check the values, edit anything we missed, then download JSON, CSV, or Excel.

JSON, CSV, and Excel
JSON is a fields object plus line_items. CSV and Excel include a Fields sheet and line items when we find a table.
Named labels, not form widgets
We search for printed labels such as Invoice number or Total. This is not an AcroForm field dump and not Invoice to Excel’s column remap.
OCR when the page is empty
If a page has almost no selectable text, Tesseract runs in your browser (up to 15 pages). The PDF is not uploaded.
Honest limits
Unusual layouts, handwritten invoices, and missing labels will leave fields blank. Correct them before you download.

Extract the fields you already named
