How to extract invoice fields from a PDF
1.Choose the invoice PDF, or drop it into the tool.
2.Keep the default fields you need, or add a label we should look for on the page.
3.Click Extract fields. Text-based pages are clustered; sparse pages are OCR’d in your browser.
4.Check the values, edit anything we missed, then download JSON, CSV, or Excel.

Named labels, not a remap
We fill Invoice number, vendor, dates, tax, and total when those labels are on the page. For a normalized invoice sheet, use /invoice-to-excel.
OCR when the page is empty
If a page has almost no selectable text, Tesseract runs in your browser (up to 15 pages). The PDF is not uploaded.
Honest limits
Unusual layouts, handwritten invoices, and missing labels will leave fields blank. Correct them before you download.
