How to convert an invoice photo to CSV
1.Choose a JPG or PNG of an invoice — a photo, scan, or screenshot. Not a PDF.
2.Pick the language that matches the text.
3.Click Extract invoice CSV. We OCR the image, reconstruct a table, then remap date, SKU, description, quantity, and amount.
4.Preview the line items and download the .csv. It is the previewed sheet only.

Invoice image vs Invoice PDF
Search for invoice to CSV usually means a PDF. This page is for a photo or scan of a paper invoice. Receipt to CSV is the same job when the paper is a store receipt.
Generic table photos belong on Image to CSV. That page reconstructs rows and columns and does not remap finance fields. Use Invoice image to Excel if you want the full workbook.
