How to export an invoice PDF to XLSX
1.Choose the invoice PDF, or drop it into the tool.
2.Click Extract invoice. Text-based pages are clustered; pages with almost no text are OCR’d in your browser.
3.We build a Summary sheet plus Line items (Date, Invoice / SKU, Description, Quantity, Amount).
4.Download the .xlsx file. Raw detected tables are kept on extra sheets so you can check the mapping.

Invoice number, dates, and totals are pulled from labels when present. Original tables stay in the workbook.
Honest limits
This is not Tabula and not a bookkeeping product. Unusual layouts and handwritten invoices will miss columns.
